At GreeneHouse LLC, we strive to provide exceptional coaching services and a positive client experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds for our services.

• No Refunds for Completed Sessions:
  Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are not available for completed sessions.
• Unused Packages:
  If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, you may request a prorated refund for the unused sessions within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

                                                                                                  4. Workshops and Events

• Cancellations:
  
  • If you cancel your participation in a workshop or event at least 5 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future event.
• Event Cancellations:
  If GreeneHouse LLC cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Individual Coaching Sessions:
  
  • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will be charged in full or deducted from your package.
• Emergencies:
  We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to egreeneceo@comcast.net or katlove72@comcast.net
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
• Dissatisfaction with the service if sessions were completed as agreed.
• Change of mind after services have commenced.
